Privacy Policy

Aldebaran Web Services builds websites, applications, digital advertising, and AI automation, operating from Jakarta, Indonesia. This policy applies to the site aldebaranwebservices.online and all of its pages.

What we collect

We collect only two kinds of data, and both come from something you did on this site yourself.

1. Data you enter yourself. When you submit the consultation form or contact us, we receive the name, WhatsApp number, email address, and project description you wrote. Our forms never ask for national ID numbers, identity document details, credit card data, or bank account data. Please do not send those through the form.

2. Technical visit data. This site loads Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MD444HNC), which runs Google Analytics 4. From it we receive aggregate data: which pages were opened, the referral source (search engine, ad, or direct link), device and browser type, an approximate city-level location, and visit duration. Our server also records the IP address and user agent when a form is submitted, as proof of submission and as spam protection.

What the data is used for

• Getting back to you and preparing a quote for your request.
• Measuring which pages are useful, so the site can be improved on numbers rather than guesswork.
• Measuring the effectiveness of ad campaigns we run for our own site.
• Preventing automated form submissions and abuse.

We do not sell your data, do not rent it out, and do not use it to send bulk marketing messages you never asked for.

Third parties that receive data

Analytics data is processed by Google LLC through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, under Google’s own privacy policy. Incoming and outgoing email is processed by our own mail server in Jakarta. The site and its database run on a private server we administer ourselves; the data is not parked on any third-party platform other than the ones named here.

We hand over data only where applicable law requires it, or on a valid formal request from lawful authorities.

Cookies

The cookies this site sets come from Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4. The details, including how to refuse them, are in our Cookie Policy.

How long we keep data

Prospect data and correspondence history are kept for as long as the business relationship lasts and at most 24 months after the last contact, unless tax rules or a work agreement require longer. Aggregate analytics data follows the default retention period of Google Analytics 4.

Your rights

Under Indonesian Law Number 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask for corrections where something is wrong, request deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing. Send your request to [email protected]; we answer within 14 business days at the latest.

Security

All site traffic runs over HTTPS. Access to the admin panel and the database is limited to named accounts with individual passwords. Client credentials we receive during a project are stored separately from this site’s data and deleted after handover.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the “last updated” date above changes with it. Changes that affect how we use prospect data are announced by email to active clients.
